The house has a basement, renovated in 2022, a nice room for activities and stays, as it is partly above ground with plenty of light and air and sea views. The house is located approximately 2 minutes walk, along a small road, from the old fishing harbor, Høkeren (grocery store) and Mikkeller Beer Bar and Restaurant as well as Aarsdale smokehouse. 5 minutes walk to restaurant Gorms Årsdale. There are good swimming opportunities in the rocks near the house or from the fine beach by the harbor.
